This error Vba Not Responding popped up ater I ran CCleaner. Sometimes I also got blue screen error 0x00000066 CACHE_INITIALIZATION_FAILED. my computer has always been good. what's wrong?

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

Make sure the computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program which is actually displaying the error. Look for the software requirements online or in the packaging information.
